GLOSSARY LETTER
"Annual meeting" refers to the gathering of the Shareholders of a company every year, at the end of the fiscal year, and when the financial results are known. Before the annual meeting, the company sends to each shareholder a Proxy statement which describes the key issue which will be discussed, as well as a document to cast votes on the recommendations made by the management or by independent directors.
